Our Policy

All Business Product orders with some exceptions will carry a 30-day return policy as noted on the delivery ticket. This policy will allow a customer to return any product within 30 days and receive full and immediate credit. Item(s) must be in original unmarked, unopened package and in re-sellable condition. Any items that are opened and/or used will not be returnable unless defective or damaged.

Custom made items are non-refundable unless shipped in error by Strickland. Any manufacturer approved returned items will typically be charged a restock fee.  Restock fees will be charged back at the manufacturers’ actual restock percentage.  Restock fees can range anywhere from 10% up to 35% of original sale price. Returned special order items must be in original packaging and in re-sellable condition* and preapproved with a manufacturer’s issued return authorization.

Dated goods, food items, pharmaceutical and discontinued items are non-refundable, unless shipped in error by Strickland. By law Strickland cannot accept returns for food and pharmaceutical items. Electronic items that are defective should be returned in original box within 30 days for full refund. Problems with electronic items after 30 days should be handled under the manufacturer's warranty and direct with the manufacturer.* Printers must be preauthorized for return within 5 working days of receipt, and must be in original manufacturer’s packaging in re-sellable condition.*

Any missing items must be reported within 5 working days of the order’s original delivery date. Strickland will immediately issue a credit, reship and rebill another exact item within the customer’s typical delivery time and method. The replacement will be billed and shipped to the original delivery location on the customer’s account.
